Gender Diversity

In 2024, we worked on improving Gender Diversity @ MeasureCamp Berlin among attendees and speakers. We already knew the digital analytics space is male-dominated. Doing what analysts do best, we looked at our own historical attendance and speaker data:
Women only made up 31% of attendees and 16% of speakers in 2023. In 2024, we wanted to SEE and HEAR more gender diversity by encouraging more members of the FLINTA* community to attend. Read more about our Gender Diversity efforts
