Gender Diversity @ MeasureCamp Berlin

In true MeasureCamp spirit, we want to participate in and learn from diverse experiences. The digital analytics space, like many tech scenes, is largely male-dominated. So, we decided to invest in improving gender diversity @ MeasureCamp Berlin among attendees and speakers. Doing what analysts do best, we looked at our own historical attendance and speaker data:

Women made up only 31% of attendees and 16% of speakers in 2023. In 2024, we launched our first FLINTA*-focused initiatives to promote higher shares of attendees and speakers. They worked: in 2025, women accounted for 34% of attendees and 26% of speakers.Building on that success, we’re bringing them back in 2026, and we aim to SEE and HEAR more gender diversity by encouraging more members of the FLINTA* community to attend.

What is FLINTA*?

FLINTA* is a German acronym that stands for Women (German: Frauen), Lesbians, Intersex, Non-binary, Trans- and Agender individuals. To learn more about it, check out this article on Wikipedia.

How will we facilitate gender diversity in 2026?

PHASE 1 – SEE

FLINTA* Tickets

As MeasureCamp veterans know, ticket releases are races, and most times, they are sold out within a few minutes. This makes it a lot harder for new people without this knowledge to get a ticket. Therefore, to encourage new FLINTA* individuals to join us at MeasureCamp, we have an exclusive release for FLINTA* members. This will hopefully give people a little more time to grab a ticket.

To claim a FLINTA* ticket, please fill in and submit this form, exclusively for members of the FLINTA* community. Once we receive your submission, we will assign you a ticket in Eventbrite, and you will receive an email with the ticket, as long as stock lasts. We can’t wait to see you on Oct 10th!

PHASE 2 – HEAR

FLINTA* First Speaker Track

It takes some courage to put your first-ever session card on the board, especially if MeasureCamp regulars are rushing to get a good room or specific time slot. To encourage more FLINTA* individuals to join the ranks of session hosts, we want to create a full FLINTA* FIRST speaker track throughout the day. It will give potential session hosts a little bit of extra time to pick their topic and it will enable attendees the choice of at least one FLINTA*-led session each time slot.

We will reserve a few speaker spots to be filled by FLINTA* people first. If they don’t fill up in time, we will open them up for everybody.
